October 30, 2005 - Reorganized
sections to create version 4.0 as follows:
Section 4.7 was split into 4.7 and 5.3
Section 5 has been re-organized to
have the questions which cover many songs come first and then specific questions
later, and Section 8 was created. Therefore:

5.3 content was formerly contained in 4.7 and 5.7
5.4 was 5.16
5.5 was 5.11
